Many cooperatives in Puerto Rico still rely on manual processes, making credit card management slow and inconvenient—especially for older adults. This project proposes a mobile app that enables secure, accessible credit card management and support across 78 cooperatives, reducing wait times and improving everyday financial tasks for seniors.

Over the past 9+ years, I’ve been shaping digital experiences across many industries, partnering with both startups and well-established firms to create products that people actually enjoy using.

I frequently observe my surroundings, looking for ways to enhance order and efficiency.
